Our Audit division does more than just statutory audits.

We also assist clients in assessing the effectiveness of current accounting controls and systems that are in place. This is done via an engagement that looks solely at systems and controls - an agreed upon procedure. We meet you and key members of your team at your premises and discuss and document your business processes and the underlying accounting processes. Once we have documented these, we then test them for efficiency and accuracy.

If you are in the market to buy a business, you will want assurance that the assets and liabilities you are acquiring are reasonably stated. This is where performing a due diligence is required. We go through the exercise of verifying key asset balances and establishing the completeness of liabilities in order to improve the picture of the business you are acquiring.
