Grant Hally
Grant brings a wealth of local and international business and accounting experience to our clients as a director of a number of unlisted companies, as well as having served as chairman of the Whitcoulls Group of companies. He also acts as a management consultant with expertise in management accounting, acquisitions, divestments and company and group restructuring.

Out of the OfficeGrant spends his spare time boating, mainly in the City of Sails and playing golf. He is also a Toastmaster and active in community affairs.
Colin Wilson
Colin has many years of experience in New Zealand and abroad, bringing valuable international expertise to Prince and Partners. Time spent at a large London-based CA practice, British Telecom and a Swedish Merchant Bank as well as the timber industry in New Zealand, add to Colin's range of skills.

Andrew Tuckey
Experience in the road transport and printing industries provides valuable expertise in costing and management accounting, computer systems and administration.

Out of the OfficeAndrew spends his spare time snow skiing, sailing, horseback riding and spending time with his family. He is also involved in Rotary.
Vincent Tam
Vincent brings a wide range of expertise to Prince and Partners. He heads the Asian Group, which specialises in assisting Asian businesses, migrants and investors. Vincent acts as a trustee for many family trusts, and provides business and audit services to a wide variety of local and overseas clients.

Lyle Irwin
Lyle's experience in audit, systems and management consulting is a major asset to Prince and Partners and is where he spends most of his time. He is the partner in charge of one of the firm's largest audits in addition to a number of others.

Out of the OfficeLyle spends his spare time keeping fit and is a keen runner. He also enjoys spending time with his young family.
Lloyd Kirby
Lloyd started with RSM Prince in 1986 and works out of the North Shore office. He is in charge of publishing the client newsletters and for the training of our team members. This experience means that he is in demand by clients to enhance their knowledge.
Lloyd handles all aspects of client accounting and takes an interest in helping clients develop their businesses.

Out of the OfficeLloyd is a regular attendee at the gym and is often seen pounding the pavement around Albany. Wine tasting and spending time with his young family and friends is also enjoyed.
Steve Hayes
Steve Hayes is based in our East Tamaki office. He heads up our Audit and Assurance division. His strengths lie in being able to identify issues within clients business and provide practical recommendations. Steve has considerable audit experience and combines this with a talent for building both internal and external customer relationships.

James Kean
James started with RSM Prince in 1996 and is based in our Auckland Office. In addition to providing all aspects of client accounting James' many responsibilities include staff training, quality assurance via file reviews and an open door policy for questions from our team and clients alike.

Liz Groenewegen
Liz Groenewegen joined RSM Prince in 2002, and leads the BAS Team in our East Tamaki office, in one of the fastest growing areas in Auckland. Liz has experience particularly in the construction and service industries, and has a special interest in food manufacturing. She has been closely involved in the implementation of financial & management accounting software systems which have enabled her to work alongside her clients and be part of their team. Liz is supported at East Tamaki by a strong team of enthusiastic Accountants who also enjoy direct contact with clientele.

Out of the OfficeLiz has a busy family life, but in her spare time enjoys sailing and playing golf.
Amber Bates (Associate)
Amber manages the Business Advisory Services team at our East Tamaki branch. She works alongside Liz Groenewegen to ensure clients get the service they require and the advice they need to make good commercial decisions for business to prosper. Her specialist areas include IFRS Reporting, Tax Management, Internal Procedures, Management Reporting
Gillian Krzanich (Associate)
Gillian is an Associate at our Auckland office. She has 15 years experience in chartered accountancy, 11 of those with RSM Prince. Gillian is constantly striving for ways that we can offer clients value-added services. She particularly likes getting out at clients' premises and seeing what their business is about, getting a better knowledge on how we can assist our clients to grow. Her specialist areas include Business Advisory Services (BAS), Liquidations, Software systems review. She also leads the RSM Prince Inspection Team which make sure that our standards in both Audit and BAS are maintained on a high basis
Murray Couper (Associate)
Murray Couper is based in our Papakura Office. His background in both Business Services and Corporate Accounting allows him to focus on providing excellent service to our small to medium clients, from Farming to Trades people to trading companies. He is a specialist in rental accounting and also deals with many family and trading trusts.
Scott Garratt (Associate)
Scott manages our Albany office. He is experienced in the Business Services area for the firm and fosters a good working relationship with clients whilst helping their business grow. He has extensive experience in payroll and keeps up to date with changes in employment legislation and the KiwiSaver Act. His specialist areas also include Liquidations and Receiverships
Jude Doliente (Audit Manager)
Jude joined RSM Prince in 2006. His background includes a mix of KPMG audit experience and university lecturing experience. Jude manages a portfolio of clients in the financial, retail, education, not-for-profit, manufacturing and industrial sections. He also acts as the firm's technical manager on matters of financial reporting and other complex accounting issues. His specialist areas include Audit, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Management Consulting and staff training
Jannis Leung (Senior Accountant)
Jannis joined the Asian Group of RSM Prince in 2000, initially at our Auckland branch, before moving to the East Tamaki branch. She is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Jannis advises clients in a number of industries, including hospitality, inbound travel, residential properties development. She specialises in the following client service areas: Business Advisory Services, Management Reporting
